Maple Cranberry Bars: A Crunchy, Canadian-Inspired Treat

Maple Cranberry Bars: A Crunchy, Canadian-Inspired Treat

Searching for a snack that hits that perfect sweet spot between a chewy granola bar and a gourmet brittle? These Maple Cranberry Bars are about to become your favorite kitchen staple. This recipe celebrates the heart of wholesome ingredients—featuring the unique, nutty crunch of pumpkin seeds and Kamut flakes, all held together by the unmistakable, rich sweetness of organic maple flakes. It’s a bright, satisfying bar that feels like a crisp autumn morning in every bite.

Imagine the tart pop of apple juice-infused cranberries meeting the golden, buttery aroma of melted coconut oil and maple. Unlike store-bought bars that can be overly processed, these are handcrafted with integrity, using a flax “egg” to keep things perfectly bound and plant-based. They are quick to bake, easy to slice, and provide that clean energy boost you need to power through a hike, a workout, or a long afternoon at the office.

Discover the Perfection in the Details:
  • Maple Infused Excellence: We use organic maple flakes for a concentrated, authentic flavor that liquid syrups just can’t match.

  • Ancient Grain Goodness: Kamut flakes add a rich, buttery texture and nutritional depth that elevates these bars above the ordinary.

  • The Ultimate Crunch Factor: A generous helping of European pumpkin seeds ensures a satisfying snap and a boost of plant-based protein.

We believe that the best snacks are the ones made with simple, transparent ingredients and a whole lot of heart. This recipe is designed to be as easy to make as it is to eat, bringing a touch of rustic luxury to your snack jar. Preheat your oven, grab your maple flakes, and let’s bake a batch of these golden, cranberry-studded delights together!
